We're hiring a hands-on Regional Sales Manager to lead our Michigan material handling sales team - someone who's just as comfortable in the field closing deals as they are reviewing pipeline data. You'll work side-by-side with your team across four branches, drive market share growth, and build a high-performance culture that wins long-term.
What you'll do
• Get in the field with your reps - riding along, joining key meetings, and modeling what great selling looks like
• Own territory KPIs: revenue growth, pipeline health, product mix, and market share across forklifts, rentals, service, and aftermarket
• Coach and develop your team through regular deal reviews, skills training, and best practice sharing across branches
• Step in to help close strategic and complex opportunities - you're a player-coach, not just a manager
• Drive product share growth throughout Michigan by identifying whitespace and expanding existing accounts
• Partner with operations, service, and leadership to deliver a seamless customer experience
What we're looking for
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience - material handling, industrial equipment, or construction strongly preferred
• 3+ years leading an outside sales team with a track record of hitting revenue goals
• Comfortable spending significant time in the field across a multi-branch Michigan territory
• Proven ability to develop talent, implement best practices, and build accountability into team culture
• Strong CRM discipline and data-driven approach to pipeline management and forecasting
• A natural coach and communicator who leads by example - not from behind a desk
