Regional Sales Manager to join our team. The
Regional Sales Manager is driven, motivated and passionate about leading salespeople. You drive revenue growth by guiding the development of individualized business plans for each member of your sales team, and you manage the successful implementation of each plan to achieve results. You love the challenge of cultivating qualified leads for new business, fostering healthy pipeline development for your team.

Regional Sales Manager will represent Varsity Brands by demonstration of company core values in driving the highest ethical standards of conduct in all business activities.
WHAT YOU WILL DO- Drive Growth. Gain market share through developing strategies with your salespeople to gain new customers and expand existing account revenue
- Develop Leads. In collaboration with your salespeople and other internal stakeholders, generate interest engagement among high value targets to fuel pipeline development
- Manage a Team. Help develop and execute prospecting plans with individual sales representatives that will lead to new business contracts and retention of existing customers
- Develop Skill. Coach and mentor individual sales representatives and ensure new team members receive consistent development and feedback
- Build External Relationships. Build and foster customer relationships alongside salespeople and network effectively with school administrators, advisers and leadership of local and state trade organizations
- Recruit for Strength. Select, develop, and retain high-performing sales representatives who consistently and effectively contribute as members of a team.

QUALIFICATIONSKnowledge/Skills/Abilities: - Passion. You love driving results and achieving success through the successes of others
- Discipline and Self-Motivation. Demonstrated personal accountability for your own success and that of your regional sales team
- Relationship Skills. Demonstrated success developing influential relationships, motivating the unwilling to accomplish the impossible
- Relatable Resonance. Your strong business and financial acumen translate into relatable industry growth language that inspires action, with results in focus
- Great Communication Skills. You consistently leverage and demonstrate effective communication among internal stakeholders, securing buy-in when needed for your success
- Flexibility. Regional/territory and national travel required (percentage varies on region location and demographics)
Education/Experience:- Sales Acumen. Relevant and proven consultative sales coaching and sales management experience in K-12 education or B2B industries
- Experience.
- 2+ years prior sales team management experience.
- 3+ years prior B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- Experience training new employees.
- Education. Bachelor's degree from a 4-year university preferred
