Regional Sales Manager - Americas to lead our team
Requirements- Managing the sales and customer support team across Americas. Senior partner of the management in the territory. Coach, mentor and develop team.
- Monitor and report on all sales activity and results. Prepare annual sales budget and quarterly YEFC (year-end forecast) by customer, product, and territory.
- Explore and develop new business opportunities/ market segments within his territory; Increase sales growth and maximize market potential.
- Selects appropriate sales staff to ensure smooth growth to support company objectives
Education/Experience:- Bachelor's degree in related disciplines; MBA a plus
- 10+ years of experience with significant experience in sales at a senior level
- Strong business/finance background and experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent personal relationships

Salary range $120,000 - $160,000 plus bonus eligible
