Job Description

Position Overview

Directly responsible for leading of region residential sales team. Develops and implements new customer acquisition strategies. Responsible for Multiple State Territory. Maintains key customer relationships. Interacts and partners with National Accounts Team to maximize local revenue fulfillment from National Accounts agreements. Trains and familiarize residential sales reps with established policies and practices to ensure the team is equipped with the product knowledge, CRM sales system understanding and selling-skills. Assist residential sales reps with complex sales negotiations. Works with Operations Regional Vice President and General Managers to drive revenue completion, customer satisfaction and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.

Responsibilities
  • Directly responsible for managing the day to day activities of residential sales team for the region.
  • Develops and implements customer growth strategies.
  • Maintains key customer relationships.
  • Manages and leads the residential sales team.
  • Trains and familiarize residential sales reps with established policies and practices to ensure the team is equipped with the product knowledge, understanding of CRM sales systems, and Top Down and Segment selling-skills.
  • Assist residential sales reps with complex sales negotiations. Works with Regional VP and General Managers to drive customer satisfaction and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.

Education and Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years sales experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Sales Management experience required
  • Valid, permanent driver's license from state of residence. Current liability auto insurance required.

  • Negotiation and influencing skills; Experience in Segment Selling
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles, practices and methodologies
  • Business and financial acumen
  • Proven track record achieving New Customer Acquisition in B2B Market

Pay Ranges
$114,013.00 - $190,020.00

This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer benefits, including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and Company-matching 401(k) in addition to other programs and perks.
