Regional Sales Director to lead sales performance across an assigned multi-site market.
This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who knows how to turn strategy into results. You'll partner closely with Operations and community leaders to drive occupancy growth, strengthen sales execution, develop Senior Living Advisors, and create an exceptional experience for prospective residents and families.
What You'll Lead- Drive occupancy, census growth, revenue, and conversion performance across multiple communities
- Coach and develop Senior Living Advisors through hands-on field leadership, one-on-ones, ride-alongs, and sales training
- Use CRM data, pipeline metrics, and forecasting to identify opportunities and improve results

- Provide focused leadership and sales support to underperforming communities, new developments, and communities experiencing transitions
What We're Looking For- 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience with measurable results
- Multi-site sales leadership experience strongly preferred
- Senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or related industry experience strongly preferred

Position Summary:The Regional Sales Director (RSD) is the senior sales leader for their assigned markets, driving occupancy growth and consistent execution of Americare Senior Living's sales strategy. The RSD partners with Regional Operations Directors and community leadership to align Sales and Operations, strengthen referral relationships, and ensure a consistent, resident-centered sales process. Through coaching, data-driven decisions, and active field engagement, the RSD improves census, conversion performance, and team effectiveness. With a strong field presence, the RSD builds a high-performance sales culture that delivers sustained occupancy growth and an exceptional experience for every prospective resident and family.

• Partner with Operations leadership to translate regional priorities into measurable, community-level sales action plans.
• Champion weekly regional sales performance meetings to evaluate pipeline health, identify conversion gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Facilitate and communicate monthly occupancy, move-in, outreach, and activity targets, and hold Senior Living Advisors (SLA's) accountable for results.
• Deliver performance forecasts, mid-month updates and month-end results analysis, including action plans to close gaps and accelerate occupancy gains.
• Track performance metrics and reinforce high-impact sales behaviors.
• Conduct scheduled calls with RDOS to ensure seamless execution of the customer journey and improved conversion outcomes.
Sales Coaching & Talent Development
• Improve individual and team sales performance through structured coaching, including one-on-ones, ride-alongs, "war-room" sessions, and live tour evaluations.
• Diagnose performance gaps using CRM data and field observations, and implement individualized coaching plans.
• Lead onboarding for new Senior Living Advisors, including field training, performance tracking, and supplemental training as needed.
• Manage the Senior Living Advisor hiring process in accordance with established standards to select high-performing sales talent.
Sales Process & CRM Excellence
• Achieve inquiry-to-move-in conversion by ensuring consistent execution of the Americare sales process across all communities.
• Drive speed-to-lead performance by monitoring response times and holding the team accountable to established standards.
• Deliver reliable pipeline forecasting and CRM data integrity by auditing CRM usage, documentation quality, and lead progression
• Analyze CRM data trends and funnel metrics to identify and act on conversion opportunities, serving as the region's CRM subject matter expert.
• Partner with the Call Center to improve lead quality, response time, and handoff effectiveness.
• Increase internal referral conversion through consistent tracking and disciplined follow-through.
• Improve outcomes in underperforming communities and new development, including pre-leasing, through structured sales plans and execution.
• Partner with community and operational leaders on First Impressions, Model room, and Rent Ready standards to strengthen tour conversion and customer experience.
Field Leadership & Community Support
• Improve outreach effectiveness by supporting community-level business development planning and execution.
• Identify and remove barriers to occupancy growth, including process breakdowns, Sales staffing gaps, and execution inconsistencies.
• Stabilize occupancy performance during transitions by providing interim sales leadership or direct sales support as needed.
Business Development & Marketing Partnership
• Increase referral-driven occupancy by expanding and strengthening professional referral networks across healthcare, physician, and community partners.
• Improve outreach ROI by evaluating community engagement strategies and adjusting tactics based on performance data.
• Strengthen marketing efficiency by analyzing campaign performance and recommending investment adjustments based on lead quality and conversion outcomes.
• Increase internal continuum referrals by improving collaboration between Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing communities.
• Drive measurable growth in referral source activity through structured relationship development and accountability tracking.

Qualifications:Education and Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field required; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales leadership experience with measurable revenue or occupancy impact required.
• Minimum of 3 years of multi-site sales leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Previous experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a related industry strongly preferred.
• Previous experience leading Senior Living Advisors, sales agents, or equivalent frontline sales teams strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of improving sales conversion rates and driving team performance required.
Licenses/Certifications
• Current driver's license and good driving record

Work Environment and Expectations
Position Overview
Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CST with extended and flexible hours and on-call responsibilities as needed.
Location: Remote eligible in Americare footprint; operates primarily from a home office with frequent travel.
Travel: Extensive travel in assigned markets, up to 70% annually, for community visits, team leadership, and industry events.
On-Call and Emergency Coverage:
• Assumes on-call leadership responsibility and is prepared to assist leaders with emergency situations and/or operational disruptions.
• Serves as interim Senior Living Advisor or ensures appropriate interim leadership coverage during transitions or vacancies.
