Scope of Position:

In this role, you will Support quality complaint resolution for CLS business in North America with a focus on improving Key Account customer satisfaction. Lead improvement initiatives related to processes, systems, and product/service quality measures.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for being aware of division quality initiatives and procedures.
  • Responsible for working with plant quality function as a liaison with North America Quality and Regulatory Services, Commercial, and Business Operations organizations, by identifying and implementing effective communication processes and feedback channels.
  • Establish reporting tools and metrics to drive continuous improvement of customer complaints.
  • Work with the business team to identify and maintain the Key Account list.
  • Monitor complaint trends in North America, if necessary, need to escalate to the regional business team for the development of both short- and long-term corrective actions.
  • Participates in cross-functional problem-solving projects related to customer complaints on products or processes within the plant.
  • Prepares reports and provides feedback to the plant and business team.
  • Understand products and provide a quick response or coordinate cross-functionally to provide a quick response.
  • Gathering data and reporting the status of customer complaints in North America.
  • Handle customer feedback for products sold in North America regardless of the origin of the manufacturing location.


Travel Requirements:
  • Up to 10% domestic travel.


Hours of work/work schedule/flextime:
  • Monday - Friday, standard business hours.


Required Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry or Engineering or related field of study
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience within Quality Engineering.
  • Experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (including Excel) with demonstrated versatility in learning, adapting to, and obtaining proficiency with a range of business software tools-may include PeopleSoft, SAP, Power BI, ETQ, and others


Desired Experience:
  • Experience in the Life Science or Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent oral/written English communication skills, presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results within the quality infrastructure.
  • Organized; ability to prioritize and manage multiple activities to meet demanding production schedules and dynamic shipment requirements of each plant.
  • Flexibility; ability to work in a dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Tactical /analytical thinking.
  • High sense of urgency.


This position does not support immigration sponsorship.

The range for this position is $80,011.00 - $110,016.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
