Beach Front Property Management is looking for a motivated leader to oversee a portfolio of affordable and multifamily communities throughout Los Angeles.

What You'll Do- Oversee a portfolio of affordable and multifamily communities.
- Lead, coach, and support Community Managers and onsite teams.
- Build strong relationships with property owners and serve as their primary point of contact.
- Review property financials, budgets, occupancy, and overall performance.
- Ensure compliance with affordable housing regulations and annual recertifications.
- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain high operational standards.
- Support hiring, employee development, and performance management.
- Partner with maintenance teams to improve property conditions and resident satisfaction.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Regional Property Management experience.
- Experience supervising multiple apartment communities.
- Strong background in Affordable Housing (LIHTC, Section 8, HUD, or similar programs).
- Previous leadership experience managing Community Managers and onsite teams.
- Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and property performance.
- Yardi Voyager experience required.
- Knowledge of California property management laws and Fair Housing.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the portfolio.
Preferred Qualifications- Fair Housing Certification.
- California Real Estate License.
