Location: Richmond, VA & Washington DC area - with travel
Your Responsibilities:- Plan and analyze assigned projects, establishing schedules, parameters, and procedures to successfully achieve system objectives, including complex contracting applications
- Review project proposals and plans to determine timelines, funding constraints, methodologies, staffing needs, and resource allocation across all project phases
- Develop comprehensive work plans, including staffing strategies for each phase, and coordinate recruitment or assignment of project personnel as needed
- Lead project kickoff and ongoing meetings with project teams to define objectives, assign responsibilities, and establish scope and authority
- Coordinate all project activities with regulatory and governmental agencies, including permitting requirements
- Track project progress by reviewing status reports, adjusting schedules and plans as necessary, and managing tasks, dependencies, milestones, and required documentation (e.g., AIA)
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication, accurate status updates, and regular project reviews
- Prepare and deliver project reports to management, clients, and key stakeholders
- Ensure accuracy of project financials, including cost forecasting through completion
- Own the timely execution and successful delivery of projects, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Proactively address customer concerns by investigating issues, implementing corrective actions, and communicating effectively with both customers and internal teams
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) discussions and drive remediation efforts
- Manage project scope and coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure successful outcomes
- Secure customer acceptance and timely project sign-off upon completion
- Complete after-action reports to support continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure overall project success from initiation through completion
- Support coordination efforts by assisting with subcontract agreements and required project documentation
- Partner with regional and district teams to identify and implement value-added services by building strong customer relationships and understanding client needs
Your Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or related experience and/or training
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Ability to travel, percentage will very based on location
- HVAC / Mechanical / Electrical / Controls Experience (preferred)
- High impact / Mission-critical environment experience (preferred)

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $90,000.00 - 153,300.00 in Virginia plus a Sales Incentive plan. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
