Full Job Description
Sentry Management, Inc., has an immediate opening for a Regional President (RP) for our Western market. The Division President directs and reviews the actions of the division employees to ensure that the division is meeting their client service level commitments and overall financial goals. The DP manages the communication and facilitates intradepartmental cooperation with the Home Office departments, as required to service the needs of the division and the clients.

The Regional President must reside or plan to reside in the West region.

REGIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provides leadership and assistance to the divisions, including technical direction and work-related advice, with an emphasis on customer service, client retention, and growth
  • Meets with DPs individually and on a regular basis, to disseminate information and follow up on outstanding issues
  • Evaluates the current performance of separate market business units and finds ways to help each reach its full potential
  • Assists leadership in separate business units to achieve annual sales goals and contribution goals
  • Develops a business plan for each division and routinely evaluates performance and progress
  • Helps to analyze markets and competition to identify external threats and opportunities, and adapts strategies to changing conditions

DIVISIONAL OVERSIGHT
  • Set the strategic direction of the divisions in the assigned region
  • Responsible for the evaluation of each DPs individual performance and progress
  • Strategize with DPs and assigned RVP Business Development on large client proposals
  • Maintain an understanding of Sentry's contractual obligations to its clients
  • Review monthly summary reports to identify and improve upon trends


LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Implement and maintain personnel policies in accordance with corporate manual and guidelines
  • Recruit, select, train, and manage DPs and their subordinates as needed
  • Respond promptly to DP and step in to assist with employee situations to facilitate, as necessary, involvement of Human Resources.


BOARD ISSUES & RESOLUTION/ CLIENT RELATIONS & RETENTION
  • Adhere to our Language of Service with all interactions
  • Review issues and look for solutions to obstacles or gaps in service
  • Respond promptly to DP needs and step in to assist with difficult customer situations
  • Solicit employee and customer feedback to improve service
  • Closely monitor client transitions and provide support
  • Executive-level troubleshooting

REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree or Equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience
  • Minimum 5 years of HOA management experience
  • Previous financial responsibility and oversight of multi-business unit operations preferred
  • Preferred CAM license and experience (licensed in states that require)
  • Licensed to operate a motor vehicle with a clean driving record
  • Ability to travel as needed, up to 40% of the time, including overnight travel
