Supervise and develop medical office personnel to ensure maximum efficiency, including staff selection, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management in collaboration with HR.
Ensure the practice delivers exceptional patient service, including timely resolution of patient concerns and service recovery.
Collaborate with the RPM & RVP and Practice Partner to implement strategic initiatives and support practice growth.

Pay range is $85,000-$100,000/year
