About the RoleThe Regional Practice Administrator (RPA) is the senior operational and people leader responsible for elevating performance, building capability, and driving consistency across a portfolio of Greenbrook centers.
This is not a desk role - it is a hands-on leadership role in the field. You will directly lead and develop Center Managers, strengthen team capability across clinics, and ensure every location delivers a consistent, high-quality patient and team experience.
More than managing operations, you will shape the conditions under which great care is delivered - building strong teams, reinforcing standards, and translating strategy into real execution inside our clinics.
At its core, this is a talent-building and performance-driving role. Your success will be measured by stronger leaders, more resilient teams, and consistently well-run centers.
Location: Based in the Tampa Bay area with regular travel between clinic locations.
Office Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Clinic Hours
