Join us as a Regional Parts Specialist within Steam America, where you will play a pivotal role in developing proposals and bids for the Latin America and Asia Pacific regions. You will enhance our competitiveness in the market, ensuring the growth and sustainability of our Service Business. How You'll Make an Impact

  • Prepare proposals and formal bids while adhering to pricing guidelines, ensuring timely delivery to meet both internal and external client expectations.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs.
  • Act as a dual resource for our legacy WBU and Gimpel product lines, negotiating pricing, lead times, and terms with clients to secure business.
  • Initiate Engineering and Operations activities by entering orders into the ERP System, and pursue sales opportunities using Sales Force (CRM Tool).
  • Drive client satisfaction by building strong relationships, engaging in collaborative selling, and resolving issues promptly.

What You Bring

  • A minimum of a High School Diploma/GED (an Associate's Degree in Business or a technical field is preferred).
  • 0-2+ years of experience in parts operations, marketing & sales, and/or customer service or a related field. Those with more experience may be considered for a more senior level.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills in English; fluency in a second language is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail, with flexibility to travel up to 5% domestically.

Our Transformation of Industry division is decarbonizing the industrial sector. Increasing electrification and efficiency are key and demand for green H2 and derivative fuels will rise. We enable decarbonization of the industrial sector and the transition to sustainable processes, building on a strong industrial customer base, a global network, diverse technologies, and integrated execution capabilities.

You would be part of our SE GP I Industrial Steam Turbine Service Marketing and Sales Department, reporting to the North America Regional Parts Manager for Steam America.

In our Business Unit Transformation of Industry, we offer comprehensive digital portfolio solutions in the oil and gas sector and other process industries comprising rotating equipment, electrification and solutions for Subsea business.
