About This RoleWe're seeking a Regional Director of Operations to lead and optimize operations across our veterinary clinic locations in California, Washington, Oregon and Nevada. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you'll oversee significant P&L responsibility while driving operational excellence and business growth across our multi-site network.
This remote position requires 70% travel throughout California and the Pacific Northwest to ensure hands-on leadership and support at each location. You'll be responsible for implementing best practices, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring exceptional patient care and client service standards across all clinics.

Essential Capabilities:- 3+ years of multi-location operational leadership experience managing distributed teams

- Proven change management expertise in fast-paced environments
Education & Experience- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of progressive leadership experience in multi-site operations, veterinary or healthcare preferred
- Licensed DVM in good standing, preferred
- Track record of managing P&L responsibility and achieving financial targets
- Experience leading teams of 50+ employees across multiple locations
- California residency preferred (relocation assistance available for the right candidate)
