Full Job Description
We are currently seeking a Regional Nurse Consultant.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Serve as the primary clinical resource for Directors of Nursing and nursing teams across assigned facilities.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and company standards, including CMS regulations.
  • Conduct facility visits to assess clinical performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement best practices.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Director of Operations to align nursing operations with strategic business goals.
  • Develop and lead training programs to enhance staff skills and promote continuous quality improvement.
  • Assist in survey readiness, attend surveys, and help develop and implement corrective action plans as needed.
  • Analyze key performance indicators, clinical metrics, and resident outcomes to drive improvement initiatives.
  • Support recruitment, retention, and mentoring of nursing leaders within the region.
