Lead, Produce, and Grow as a Regional Mortgage Sales Leader - Maryland Market

At Traditions Mortgage, a division of ACNB, we're looking for a Regional Mortgage Sales Leader to own a market, grow a team, and deliver results across our Maryland region.

This is not a "sit behind the desk" leadership role. You'll lead from the front-producing your own business while building and coaching a team to hit-and exceed-performance goals.

What You'll Be Accountable For

Within your first 6-12 months, you will:
  • Build and actively manage a team of Mortgage Loan Officers in the Maryland market
  • Consistently meet or exceed personal production goals while elevating overall team performance
  • Improve pull-through rates and pipeline efficiency across your team
  • Recruit and onboard high-potential MLO talent to expand market coverage
  • Establish a disciplined sales culture focused on activity, accountability, and results
  • Strengthen relationships with realtors, builders, and referral partners to increase market share


What You'll Do
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Mortgage Loan Officers to achieve production goals
  • Originate residential mortgage loans, managing the full lifecycle from application to closing
  • Set clear expectations and performance metrics aligned with annual sales objectives
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new MLOs to grow your team strategically
  • Monitor pipeline activity, coach for improvement, and address performance gaps
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and a strong customer experience
  • Maintain compliance with all mortgage regulations and internal policies
  • Actively participate in community and business development activities to expand brand presence
