Qualifications

• Three or more years in management within mortgage sales preferred; operations experience is advantageous.
• At least three years of relevant experience in the mortgage industry.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Windows applications.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or economics preferred.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise Branch Managers in assigned regions or areas.
• Coach and motivate Branch Managers to meet growth and profitability goals.
• Assist Branch Managers in developing and executing new sales and marketing initiatives.
• Produce reports to assess Branch performance and marketing effectiveness.
• Stay informed on federal, state, local regulations, and private investor policies.
• Keep updated on current trends in Real Estate and mortgage banking industries, as well as company policies.
• Evaluate and suggest changes to branch policies and procedures to senior management.
• Develop strategies, forecasts, and necessary reports.
