Job Summary:

Are you a strategic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves guiding teams to success? At Inspire Communities, we're looking for an experienced and motivated Regional Manager to oversee multiple communities, ensure operational excellence, and drive key business objectives.

This role is perfect for someone who can balance big-picture thinking with hands-on leadership-delivering results through strong collaboration, smart strategy, and a passion for community development.

What You'll Do

Lead Regional Operations
  • Oversee daily operations across multiple communities, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and high service standards.
  • Lead regional customer service training and set the tone for guest engagement and communication.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, health and safety regulations, and Fair Housing compliance.
  • Oversee the approval of resident payment agreements (PAGs), charges, and credits.

Drive Strategic Planning & Coach/Develop High-Performing Teams
  • Develop, implement, and monitor operational strategies that align with corporate objectives.
  • Manage regional budgets, analyze financial performance, and identify areas for cost savings and revenue growth.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess effectiveness and make informed decisions.
  • Mentor and support community leaders to boost productivity, engagement, and accountability.
  • Set performance goals and provide regular feedback, training, and recognition.
  • Lead recruiting, onboarding, and professional development efforts across your region.

Optimize Processes & Improve Systems
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in day-to-day operations.
  • Lead operational rollouts of new platforms and ensure successful adoption across communities.
  • Assist with the implementation of standardized checklists, tools, and templates to ensure uniformity.
