A day in the life of a Regional Manager: The Regional Manager is responsible for leading and driving the performance of a portfolio of 8 branches in the Calgary region. This role ensures exceptional customer experience, strong financial performance, and consistent operational execution across the region. The Regional Manager plays a critical leadership role in developing talent, strengthening engagement, and delivering sustainable business growth.
- Customer Experience
- Champion a customer-first culture and ensure consistent, high-quality service across all branches
- Resolve escalated customer concerns and reinforce customer retention practices
- Leadership, Development & Retention
- Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers to build engaged, high-performing teams
- Oversee performance management, employee relations, and talent development in partnership with HR
- Financial Performance & Accountability
- Own regional P&L performance, driving revenue growth, profitability, and expense control
- Monitor key financial metrics and ensure Store Managers effectively manage branch-level performance
- Revenue Growth & Market Development
- Drive customer acquisition and portfolio growth through local marketing and company programs
- Set clear regional targets and ensure consistent execution of growth initiatives
- Operational Excellence
- Ensure compliance with operational standards, policies, and procedures across all branches
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to optimize operations and collections outcomes
What we are looking for: - 3+ years of experience in a multi-unit leadership role within retail, financial services, or a customer-focused environment
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams across multiple locations
- Strong business acumen with experience managing P&L performance and achieving financial targets
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments
- Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities and drive results
- Demonstrated ability to influence, engage, and build relationships across all levels of the organization
- Comfortable analyzing performance metrics and using data to drive business decisions
- Postsecondary education in business or a related field is preferred
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within Calgary, AB and our head office in Mississauga, ON

We are offering
$78,500.00 - $100,000.00/year CAD for this role, plus the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses.
