About the JobThis role supports our affiliated pediatric practices across the Northeast region. The Regional Manager serves as an operational leader within the territory and acts as the primary liaison between the pediatric brands and MB2.
This is a remote position with required travel across the Northeast region.Compensation:- $90- 110k, dependent on experience.
Responsibilities:Multi-Unit Operational Leadership:- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple pediatric practices.
- Serve as the primary liaison between supported offices and MB2 leadership.
- Drive performance in production, collections, insurance aging, and overall year-over-year growth.
- Monitor KPIs and implement operational improvements across all locations.
- Ensure operational consistency and accountability throughout the region.
Pediatric Operations Oversight:- Maintain visibility into clinical workflow, scheduling efficiency, and case acceptance.
- Utilize Gaidge and remote access tools to monitor schedules and proactively address operational challenges.
- Review MTD production, collections, and aging reports and submit required reporting.
- Review marketing updates and operational reporting from each office.
- Support offices in person as needed to maintain performance standards.
Team Leadership & Development:- Mentor and support Office Managers and Assistant Managers daily.
- Conduct skill assessments and provide structured training using MB2's training philosophy.
- Participate in performance evaluations, coaching conversations, and corrective action processes.
- Foster accountability, engagement, and a high-performance culture.
Compliance & Administrative Oversight:- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards (HIPAA, OSHA, and employment regulations).
- Oversee supply management and operational expense controls.
- Attend manager meetings and collaborate with leadership.
Qualifications:- Must have 3+ years of multi-unit pediatric leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of pediatric clinical workflows and operational systems.
- Preferred knowledge of Medicaid insurance billing within pediatric.
- Experience managing multiple practices simultaneously.
- Competent in Microsoft Office and Windows OS.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to interpret KPI reporting and full P&Ls.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong relationship-builder with the ability to influence and support doctors and teams.
- Comfortable with frequent travel and overnight stays.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and solutions-oriented.
