The Opportunity

Shape the World Around You - As part of WSP's nationwide fleet operations, you'll help ensure our people can move safely and efficiently to project sites across the country. Your leadership will directly support teams delivering community-shaping work in transportation, environment, infrastructure, energy, and more.

Your Impact
  • Oversee the full lifecycle performance of WSP's owned, leased, and rental vehicles across Eastern Canada.
  • Coordinate all fleet delivery activities, ensuring vehicles are upfitted, inspected, and maintained for seamless operations.
  • Implement data-driven maintenance strategies that improve uptime and reduce total cost of ownership.
  • Direct, schedule, and monitor all repair and preventive maintenance activities in alignment with safety and compliance standards.
  • Ensure all vehicles undergo periodic inspections and meet provincial/territorial regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with corporate insurance teams to manage claims and incident reporting.
  • Track fleet costs and asset utilization, ensuring accurate documentation and updates within Holman.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with fleet coordinators, suppliers, and internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Monitor telematics insights to identify trends, driver safety improvements, and operational efficiencies.
  • Support policy enforcement and regulatory compliance across all applicable jurisdictions.
  • Contribute to WSP's national initiatives including the Driving Task Force and the rollout of Asset Infinity for fleet vehicles.

Compensation:
  • AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $77,400 - $102,500
  • MB & ON: $70,600 - $97,200
  • NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $69,900 - $92,900
