About the Opportunity Brookside Properties is seeking an experienced
Regional Manager to oversee a multifamily portfolio in the
Louisville market. This is a high-impact leadership role for a proven operator who excels at driving
NOI growth, occupancy, team performance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities - Oversee day-to-day operations of a regional multifamily portfolio
- Drive occupancy, NOI, resident satisfaction, and expense control
- Lead, coach, and develop Property Managers and onsite teams
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, safety standards, and company policies
- Conduct regular property inspections and performance reviews
- Analyze financial and operational reports; implement improvement strategies
- Support hiring, training, and performance management initiatives
- Partner with ownership and senior leadership to execute business plans
Ideal Candidate Qualifications - 5+ years of multifamily property management experience
- 2+ years as a Regional Manager strongly preferred
- Proven success overseeing multi-site or large portfolios
- Strong financial acumen with experience driving NOI
- Hands-on leadership style with a track record of developing teams
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software
