About the Role
Key Responsibilities
Provides leadership and direction for all maintenance and service operations across the assigned region, driving consistency in service standards, customer satisfaction, and overall operational performance.
Manages and develops maintenance teams, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
Oversees preventative maintenance programs and ensures timely repair and service of vending, micro market, and related equipment to maximize uptime and meet customer expectations.
Monitors and controls maintenance expenses, parts inventory, and fleet/equipment costs, and maintains oversight of tools and company assets to ensure proper use and condition.
Establishes and enforces safety standards, company policies, and regulatory compliance across all locations.
Analyzes service metrics to implement process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce downtime, and partners with operations and sales leadership to support new business installations and growth initiatives.
