About the Role:
As a Regional Lead Associate Project Manager, for the to join the Project Management team! The purpose of this position is to assist project managers in related projects for the client. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.

What You'll Do:

Meeting Coordination & Strategic Facilitation:
  • a. Schedule and coordinate project meetings, including setting up conference calls, booking meeting rooms, and sending out invitations.
  • b. Prepare meeting agendas and distribute relevant documents or materials to attendees.
  • c. Take meeting minutes and distribute action items to team members; follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
  • d. Develop AI tracking log for critical meetings and provide feedback to Operations manager
  • e. Provide strategic regional support to leadership in the facilitation of SteerCo objectives, ensuring site-based Project Coordinators are aligned with localized requirements.
Communication Support:
  • a. Serve as a central point of contact for project-related inquiries and communication.
  • b. Facilitate communication among project team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • c. Monitor project email accounts and respond to or escalate messages as necessary.
Budget and Expense Tracking:
  • a. Assist in monitoring project Travel & Expense (T&E) and event budgets and expenditures.
  • b. Track project expenses, including invoices, receipts, and purchase orders.
  • c. Prepare regular budget reports and updates for project managers and stakeholders.
Resource & Workflow Management:
  • a. Coordinate resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • b. Maintain resource calendars and schedules to ensure optimal utilization.
  • c. Streamline e-Builder workflow management through comprehensive initial cleanup and proactive daily touchpoints to mitigate bottlenecks and maintain data accuracy.
  • d. Manage immediate P0 escalation and resolution for any critical platform blockers within e-Builder.
  • e. Maintain and update Lucid Org Charts for the NA-W SE region and Special Projects.
  • f. Assist in identifying and resolving resource conflicts or shortages.
Risk Management:
  • a. Support the identification, assessment, and mitigation of project risks.
  • b. Maintain risk registers and assist in developing risk response plans.
  • c. Monitor risk triggers and escalate issues to the project or program manager as needed.
Quality Assurance:
  • a. Assist in implementing and monitoring quality assurance processes and procedures.
  • b. Conduct quality checks on project deliverables to ensure compliance with standards and requirements.
  • c. Document and report quality issues or deviations for corrective action.
Administrative Support:
  • a. Provide general administrative support to the project management team, such as filing, copying, and data entry.
  • b. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for project team members.
  • c. Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other project-related materials.
Project Closeout:
  • a. Assist in coordinating project closeout activities, including finalizing documentation,
  • conducting lessons learned sessions, and archiving project files.
  • b. Ensure all project deliverables are completed, reviewed, and accepted by stakeholders.
  • c. Assist in preparing and distributing project closure reports and documentation.
Continuous Improvement:
  • a. Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance project management practices.
  • b. Provide feedback and suggestions for improving project administration processes and procedures.
  • c. Collaborate with the DCSIP team to develop scalable resources and standardized frameworks, ensuring operational sustainability and reducing lead times for future program cycles.
Community Engagement & Initiative Program:
  • a. Support development of events, campaigns, and communication for community engagement programs.
  • b. Partner in the strategic leadership and execution of the DCSIP initiative, ensuring alignment with organizational milestones and cross-functional delivery.
Training, Orientation & Mentorship:
  • a. Develop 90-day training programs for new team members.
  • b. Develop and implement off-boarding programs ensuring access, equipment, and aliases are closed out.
  • c. Project Coordinator Lead: Assistance with creating standardized templates and gaining access to PMT/QB.
  • d. Strategic Oversight: Provide mentorship to site-based Project Coordinators; lead bi-weekly syncs to address localized challenges.
  • e. Tooling Development: Collaborate with Regional Data Analysts to develop efficiency-driving toolkits for the PC cohort.
  • f. Project Managers: As needed support in rolling out new incentives, guidance for access to tools and training relevant to job, and compliance with reporting (weekly).
Executive Operations & Strategic Alignment:

  • a. Provide comprehensive executive operations support for regional leadership, including high-priority communication management.
  • b. Drive the development of quarterly and summit presentation decks.
  • c. Facilitate complex site-visit coordination and logistical planning for leadership.
  • d. Engage in bi-weekly strategic syncs with leadership to calibrate work priorities and ensure cross-functional operational alignment.

What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant construction experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of construction experience and education will be considered.
  • Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
  • Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
  • Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

Turner & Townsend carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is 110,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is 120,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
