Regional Lead (GTA)- Landscape Architecture and Urban design
Architecture49 is seeking a Regional Lead - Landscape Architecture and Urban design to join our Toronto Office, reporting to National Sector Lead for Landscape Architecture and Urban Design as well as to the Managing Principal of Architecture49 in GTA.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and grow the landscape and urban design group in the GTA area.
• Internal and external collaboration with Landscape Architects, Architects, Engineers and Planners. Mentor intern landscape architects in GTA office.
• Develop creative technical solutions
• Preparation and review of conceptual design, design development and construction documents including details and specifications.
• Manage multiple projects, budgets and effectively meet deadlines.
• Preparation and review of design briefs, cost estimates and technical reports.
• Manage client and stakeholder expectations, consultant coordination, and approvals.
• Ensure project deliverables comply with local standards and contract requirements.
• Assist with contract administration and site inspections.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Professional Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience working as a registered Landscape Architect
• Member of OALA, CSLA
• Preference given to candidates with knowledge of people management, project management and business development.
• Bilingual (English and French) would be considered an asset

Compensation:

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $110,600 - $146,500
MB & ON: $100,900 - $139,000
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $99,900 - $132,700
