Nexus to lead our industry and drive Accelerate 2030 imperatives, the Regional Insights & Enablement Advisor is a high-impact individual contributor role. This position is accountable for delivering business intelligence, governance support, and strategic analysis that protects and grows client relationships across the Americas region. Reporting to the AMER Regional Insights & Enablement Lead, the Advisor sits within the Nexus function-Work Dynamics' intelligence engine and governance backbone-and plays a critical hands-on role in driving profitable growth, operational excellence, and transformational client relationships.
Location/work schedule: M-F 8-5 CT, Hybrid @ JLL corporate office (preferred) or remote in US Central Time (CT)The Responsibilities:Strategic Business Partnership- Support the AMER Regional Lead and divisional stakeholders by preparing analysis, insights, and materials that enable growth strategies and elevate client relationships through world-class governance.
- Collaborate across functions, business lines, and client teams to identify and surface growth opportunities, providing the analytical foundation that informs decision-making.
Monthly & Quarterly Reporting- Produce and maintain monthly reporting packages, including renewal tracking, share of wallet analysis, and organic growth opportunity summaries.
- Compile and prepare quarterly executive reporting on Top 30 client performance for review by senior leadership.
- Track and report on growth plan progress and commercial market intelligence, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery to stakeholders.
- Analyze NPS data and synthesize findings into clear insights and action plan updates for distribution to account and regional teams.
Project Coordination & Execution- Support the Account Business Plan process for respective divisions, coordinating inputs, tracking timelines, and ensuring quality and consistency of submissions.
- Execute Client Voice program activities, including coordinating enrollee identification, tracking survey progress, curating reports and insights, and preparing action items for non-promoters.
- Support the execution of Accelerate 2030 initiatives within the region, assisting in the translation of global strategy into localized action plans and tracking progress against key milestones.
Account Director & Managing Director Support- Maintain and update key business intelligence routines including organic growth opportunity tracking, white space pipeline analysis, renewal schedules, and quarterly business review materials.
- Contribute to Account Director onboarding by preparing orientation materials, coordinating learning resources, and supporting AI-enabled content delivery.
- Coordinate regional monthly Account Director calls, including agenda preparation, content curation, and post-call communications and follow-up.
- Provide responsive ad-hoc analytical and operational support for client and leadership requests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Functional Collaboration- Work alongside Finance to support growth objective tracking, opportunity reporting, and data quality initiatives.
- Partner with Marketing to support Client NPS programs, coordinating regular touchpoints and helping translate survey outcomes into actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with HR on Learning & Development initiatives, supporting program coordination and logistics for regional training and enablement activities.
Data Governance & Quality Assurance- Perform regular validation of client contract data and account information, ensuring accuracy and consistency across regional reporting systems.
- Conduct external stakeholder data reviews, coordinating with account teams to verify and update information on a defined cadence.
- Support QBR preparation by compiling data, formatting reporting templates, and maintaining documentation of best practices and standard operating procedures.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree business, analytics, finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, client analytics, account management, or a related field within a complex, matrixed organization
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to compile, interpret, and present data in a clear and compelling way for varied audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into concise, audience-appropriate outputs
- Strong client orientation with the ability to build effective working relationships across account teams and internal functional partners
- Strong cultural alignment: unwavering ethical standards, drives excellence, and innately collaborative
- High degree of self-awareness and interpersonal effectiveness, with an ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Preferred Qualifications:- Intellectual curiosity and a proactive mindset-comfortable challenging assumptions, identifying improvements, and bringing forward-thinking ideas to the team
- Proficiency with data tools and reporting platforms; experience with CRM systems, BI tools, or similar platforms
- Experience supporting executive stakeholders with reporting, analysis, or presentation materials, with a professional and detail-oriented approach
- Background in client account planning, account management operations, or data governance

Estimated compensation for this position:87,700.00 - 155,000.00 USD per year
This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
