Job Summary:The Ridge RTC is in search of a dynamic and strategic
Regional HR Manager to provide guidance and support to our residential treatment centers in Maine and New Hampshire. In this position, you will blend data-driven insights with practical, hands-on experience to design and implement innovative people strategies that elevate performance across the region.
You will play a critical role in building and sustaining a respectful, inclusive, collaborative, and values-driven culture. As Regional HR Manager, you will help shape an exceptional employee experience and support the organization in achieving its long-term goals. This position is ideal for a dynamic HR professional ready to navigate the complexities of a multi-location environment while delivering impactful results. While New Hampshire will be your home site, expect travel to the Maine campus weekly.
Key Responsibilities: - Act as a trusted advisor and build strong, trusted relationships with leaders, managers, and teams.
- Monitor and ensure compliance in hiring practices, personnel documentation, leave of absences, and other compliance items (e.g. licensing, certifications, performance evaluations, etc.).
- Collaborate with recruiting team in finding proactive solutions for staffing needs.
- Cultivate internal talent, participate in key role promotional decisions.
- Lead complex investigations, including potential legal issues, and coach managers to handle employee relations appropriately and with confidence.
- Manage disciplinary actions, performance concerns, onboarding, and exit processes.
- Develop and deliver training programs for managers on employee relations best practices, employment law compliance, and effective leadership strategies.
- Promote a work culture of safety, inclusiveness, and operational excellence.
- Manage HR team members, as assigned. Foster mutual trust and accountability.
- Ensure that corporate policies are appropriately communicated, enforced, and implemented.
- Travel regularly to designated sites to interact with and offer support to local HR, leadership, and staff.
- Perform special projects as requested.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of administration, human resources, employee onboarding, and/or employee relations experience.
- Minimum of two (2) years of people management experience, including coaching and developing direct reports.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Experience supporting multi-site operations or regional teams is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines.
- Proficient and fully functional in all Microsoft Office applications and able to effectively utilize all available office management technology.
- Strong consultative, analytical, and problem-solving skills .
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive, self-starter mindset.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
Salary Range
$90,000-$100,000 USD
