Regional Human Resources Director

Job Summary:

This dynamic role will provide strategic HR leadership and direction across multiple facilities, partnering with facility administrators and the facility-based HR team to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Provide strategic HR leadership and direction across multiple facilities, partnering with facility administrators and the facility-based HR team to achieve business objectives
  • Lead union contract negotiations, and grievance processes, and maintain positive labor relations
  • Oversee PBJ (Payroll Based Journal) reporting and compliance, ensuring accurate staffing data submission to CMS
  • Maintain HR policies, procedures, and programs that support our company's growth objectives
  • Manage employee relations, including investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management
  • Management of new hire orientation process within facilities, teaching/training leading towards successful onboarding
  • Assurance of payroll accuracy and compliance with processes with accuracy in data
  • Utilization of HR software facilitating accountability and efficiencies
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations across all facilities
  • Oversee benefits administration, workers' compensation, and leave management programs
  • Manage the HR department budget and team members
