The Job

Forget sitting behind a desk filing paperwork all day. As our Regional HR Business Partner, you are the heartbeat of our field operations. You'll step into our branch locations, connect with our frontline teams, and serve as a trusted coach, strategic advisor, and culture champion for our Area and Division Management teams.

What You'll Be Doing (Your Day-to-Day Advantage):
  • Culture & Connection: Act as a mediator, counselor, and facilitator. You'll navigate conflict resolution, lead employee investigations, and boost team morale.
  • Road Warrior Life: Pack your bags! You'll travel across your assigned region via auto and airplane to meet our branch teams right where the action happens.
  • Talent Coaching: Guide and advise managers on everything from hiring and promotions to performance management and legal compliance.
  • Growth and Learning: Manage and deliver engaging training programs throughout your area to level up our team's skills.
  • Strategic Growth: Help us grow even stronger by providing critical culture and HR due diligence during exciting mergers and acquisitions.


What You Bring to the Table:
  • The Experience: A Bachelor's degree paired with 7+ years of rock-solid HR generalist experience.
  • The Know-How: Deep knowledge of employment laws, benefits communication, and employee relations. If you have a PHR/SPHR or a Master's degree, that's a major cherry on top!
  • The Vibe: Excellent communication skills with an eye for detail, the ability to juggle multiple tasks under tight deadlines, and a passion for positive, remote leadership.
  • The Stamina: Ready for a fast-moving office environment, a moderate noise level, heavy phone volume, and the ability to lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally.
