Summary/Objective Provides human resources and time & attendance support at various stations, working closely with Managing Directors and various departments. Managing the HRIS and Payroll activities for all stations.

Strategic Partnership- Partner with Managing Director to understand organizational goals and develop HR strategies that support them
- Provide insights on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent development
- Lead change-management initiatives to support business transformation
Employee Relations & Engagement- Serve as a trusted advisor to Managing Director and Operations Manager on performance, coaching, and conflict resolution
- Conduct investigations and manage employee relations matters with fairness and consistency
- Promote a positive culture and drive engagement initiatives
Talent Management- Responsible for recruitment efforts by partnering with Station Management & Talent Acquisition to identify hiring needs
- Lead performance management cycles, including goal-setting, reviews, and development planning
- Identify high-potential talent and support succession planning
HR Operations & Compliance- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Handling employees and management requests and queries appropriately and timely.
- Manage the New Hire Cycle in ADP, Badge & CBP applications and parking request.
- Manage and process Time & Attendance for all stations assigned. Ensuring all payroll processes are done in a timely manner, including adjustments and others.
- Ensure all terminations are processed within 24 hours and that the process is followed as per policy.
- Ensure all timecards are approved by the deadline (weekly)
- Keep up to date the attendance records and employee records and disciplinary records.
- Ensure all I-9's is completed manually, to stay in compliance with the Department of Homeland Security and Department of Labor.
- Assist with any time clock issues and troubleshoot needed locally. Register new employees in Time Clock.
- Maintain office filing system (employee files/documents, operational reports and forms and training records).
- Promote company benefits and collect health insurance waivers, if needed.
- Assist with schedule changes in the system when is needed.
- Responsible for any HR related activities, job fairs, recruitment assistance, benefits and onboarding.
Learning & Development- Assess training development needs
- Coach leaders to strengthen management capability and team effectiveness
Required Skills & QualificationsEducation & Experience- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5 years of progressive HR experience
- HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred

Supervisory ResponsibilityThis position has supervisory responsibilities to enforce policies and procedures.
Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical DemandsThis is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing and walking is required. This would require the ability to lift files and open filing cabinets as necessary.
Position Type and Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday. Schedule will be adjusted to admin and operational needs.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications- Must exhibit exceptional customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
- As a condition of employment, employees must successfully complete a background investigation
- Must be able to read, write and speak English. Bi-Lingual is a plus.
- Human Resources basic knowledge and payroll process
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Computer literacy in MS Office packages such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
