LOCATION
Onsite in McKinney, Texas
National travel as needed
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Serve as a trusted HR business partner and coach to general managers and dealership leaders across assigned locations.
Manage a high volume of employee relations matters, including workplace investigations, performance concerns, and risk-sensitive situations.
Provide leaders with thoughtful guidance, practical recommendations, and a clear understanding of potential risks while respecting their ownership of business decisions.
Build credibility and trusted relationships within a decentralized, owner-led organization through a consultative, solutions-oriented approach.
Deliver recurring training across assigned locations and maintain a consistent on-site presence throughout the year.
Partner closely with the on-site HR Coordinator to support employees, leadership teams, and day-to-day dealership operations.
Respond promptly to employee and leadership needs while balancing competing priorities across a population of approximately 1,000 employees.
Travel to assigned locations for investigations, training, and other employee matters requiring an in-person presence.
