Regional HR Business Partner - Operations and Supply Chain

The Regional HR Business Partner - Operations and Supply Chain partners with site, regional, and global leaders across our U.S. manufacturing network to build a high-performance, talent-led culture. This role leads a team of Site HR Business Partners, strengthens leader capability, and delivers the talent and succession plans needed to achieve safety, quality, service, and cost outcomes. The role champions engagement and continuous improvement, ensuring we achieve results through people-by developing strong pipelines, improving the employee experience, and enabling operational excellence.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Business Partners/HR Generalists across multiple sites to deliver a consistent, transparent, and quality employee experience.
• Partner with Operations and Supply Chain leaders to translate business strategy into a clear people roadmap aligned to operational excellence and transformation.
• Own talent and succession planning, including identification of critical roles, bench strength assessment, development planning, and internal mobility actions.
• Drive leader capability through coaching, targeted development, and practical tools that strengthen performance management, accountability, people leadership.
• Build and sustain a culture of engagement by leveraging listening channels and data, setting clear targets, driving action plans, ensuring leader feedback.
• Embed continuous improvement behaviors and routines by partnering with leaders to strengthen communication, problem-solving, and change adoption.
• Use people analytics to identify capability gaps, retention risks, and development priorities; define measurable outcomes and track progress.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, investigations, and performance actions emphasizing early intervention, consistency, fairness, and leader enablement.
• Partner with regional and global HR and functional leaders (e.g., R&D, PSRA, Quality) to deliver integrated people solutions and support cross-functional teams.
• Apply organizational design and change leadership to support site and network initiatives, ensuring structure and capability enable business results.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience directly in Human Resources, including strong generalist experience as an HRBP, and ideally with some experience in a union environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, with additional education and specialized training preferred.
  • Proven breadth of knowledge across HR functional areas. Excellent experience leading employee engagement strategies, leadership coaching and development.
  • Operating regionally as part of a global HR function preferred.
  • Aware of and able to adapt current HR trends across the employee life cycle.
  • Strong data skills and mindset. Experienced in building and using HR data and applications for effective business case and performance measurement.
  • Strong understanding of Supply Chain/Operational KPI's.
  • Experience coaching, assessing and developing site and regional leadership and operations teams.

Additional Information:
This position is based at our Princeton, NJ site with travel expected. This is a hybrid role with on-site requirements of three days per week.

Annual Base Salary Range: $150,000 to $180,000. This range reflects the base salary the company reasonably expects to pay for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, experience, education, and skill level. Additional compensation, such as annual bonuses or other incentives, may be offered based on eligibility and company policies.
