Full Job Description
Regional Health Center Administrator (RHCA) to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for multiple health centers within an assigned region. Reporting to the Director of Health Center Operations, this role ensures the delivery of high-quality patient care while achieving goals related to financial performance, patient satisfaction, employee engagement, compliance, and operational efficiency.

The RHCA leads regional performance improvement efforts, aligns operations with organizational priorities, and collaborates with fellow administrators and cross-functional teams to promote standardization, best practices, and continuous improvement. Through effective leadership, coaching, and resource management, the RHCA supports health center teams in achieving key performance goals and advancing Valley Health's mission and strategic objectives.

Qualifications
