Regional Growth Director to translate the company's national strength into structured, appointment-generating local execution. You will design and orchestrate localized vertical campaigns, structured event participation, partner initiatives, and region-specific outreach that generates incremental, trackable appointments for our regional sales teams.
Job Duties - Localize National Campaigns into Regional Revenue Programs
- Adapt national messaging into vertical-focused local initiatives
- Develop region-specific offers (e.g., "Cyber Risk Snapshot for Maryland CPAs")
- Align campaigns with regional sales priorities
- Ensure local relevance versus smaller local MSP competitors
- Own Regional Event & Association Strategy
- Maintain rolling 90-day event calendars for all markets
- Curate high-ROI opportunities for regional sales managers
- Coordinate registrations and logistics
- Ensure every event includes:
- Defined persona
- Clear offer
- Capture plan
- Follow-up SLA
- CRM tracking
- No random attendance. Structured revenue intent only.
- Launch Local Campaigns that Generate Appointments
- Using internal resources (social media, database building, design, HubSpot workflows)
- Deploy localized outbound and email campaigns
- Activate vertical-specific initiatives
- Run referral and partner programs
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of strategic experience in Business Development, Sales Development, and Marketing.
- Experience growing revenue and forecasting
- Experience with various social media platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience leading a team
Base pay is $90,000.00 $120,000.00
