Full Job Description
Job Summary:

Regional Growth Director (RGDs) are important leaders at ArchWell Health and are responsible for the teams that grow our patient base in the communities we serve. RGDs build and manage multiple Market Growth Teams across regional geographies. The Market Growth Teams are comprised of a Market Growth Manager, who leads a team of Membership Consultants and Community Relations Specialists, whose goal is to grow ArchWell Health's patient membership base across multiple centers within a particular market.

The RGD reports directly to the Vice President of Growth & Marketing and will develop and execute a strategy to achieve intended patient membership targets for each market overseen. The RGD will report out regularly to the Executive Leadership Team on progress and activities transpiring in the local markets. For expansion markets, the RGD will be responsible for the staffing and development of the local Market Growth Teams. The RGD will assume the lead in managing the relationships with the local level sales leadership at the Medicare Advantage plans with which ArchWell Health is contracted as well as build and manage relationships with local FMOs and Independent Medicare Sales Agents. For existing markets, the RGD will ensure that all markets are fully-staffed and trained. The RGD will ensure the Market Growth Teams adhere to all compliance rules and will also manage the marketing budget for each of the markets. Prior management experience in Medicare Advantage sales or working with seniors is preferred though not required; we are a new breed of healthcare provider open to great sales leadership from many walks of life.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Supervising, coaching and mentoring a multi-disciplinary team
  • Relentlessly pursuing that team's monthly growth targets through strong leadership, adherence to compliance guidelines, problem-solving, teambuilding, and coaching
  • Adhering to market budget requirements and tracking through SalesForce (CRM)
  • Developing productive relationships with local leaders of Medicare Advantage plans, FMOs/independent brokers, and community organizations
  • Leading the execution of market outreach and marketing initiatives
  • Advocating for your markets, teams, and members and reporting regularly to the Executive Leadership Team
  • Being an ambassador in the local communities by living the ArchWell Health values - building relationships with other healthcare providers, social/ community organizations, and marketing partners

Education and Experience:
  • Undergraduate degree preferred
  • Minimum of 4+ years of sales experience, preferably with a Medicare Advantage plan, FMO/benefits broker, or provider
  • 5+ years of management experience
  • Experience working with seniors or the medically underserved preferred
  • A passion for mentorship and team-development, particularly across multiple functional areas
  • A valid Driver's License is required
