Position Summary

The Regional General Superintendent is responsible for overseeing field operations across multiple construction projects within an assigned region. This role ensures consistent execution of company standards related to safety, quality, scheduling, and productivity. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can mentor field teams, drive operational excellence, and collaborate closely with project management to deliver successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and oversight to Superintendents and field teams across multiple job sites
  • Enforce and promote a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company standards
  • Monitor project schedules and field productivity to ensure timely and cost-effective completion
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to align field operations with budgets, timelines, and client expectations
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess performance, quality, and adherence to plans and specifications
  • Mentor, coach, and develop Superintendents and emerging field leaders
  • Assist in workforce planning, staffing, and resource allocation across the region
  • Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, procedures, and construction best practices
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to safety, schedule, and quality
  • Support preconstruction efforts, including constructability reviews and logistics planning
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders


Qualifications
