Qualifications

• 3-5 years of food service management experience, ideally in healthcare or long-term care.
• Experience managing multiple sites is preferred.
• Strong understanding of healthcare food service regulations and sanitation standards.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the region.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and food service management software.
• ServSafe Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support across multiple healthcare facilities.
• Mentor and develop Food Service Directors and their teams.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and food safety standards.
• Monitor food quality and resident satisfaction to ensure service excellence.
• Manage food and labor costs to achieve budget goals.
• Conduct audits of facilities and implement corrective action as needed.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new Food Service Directors.
