Description

Regional Food Service Manager Key Responsibilities
  • Provide operational support and leadership to multiple healthcare facilities.
  • Mentor and develop Food Service Directors and department teams.
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company regulations, including sanitation and food safety standards.
  • Monitor food quality, resident satisfaction, and service excellence.
  • Manage food and labor costs while meeting budget goals.
  • Conduct facility audits and implement corrective action plans.
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new Food Service Directors.
  • Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.


Regional Food Service Manager Qualifications
