Day-to-Day Ingredients - ResponsibilitiesAs a Regional Field Marketing Director, you will:
- Lead field marketing strategy across multiple markets and regions.
- Turn brand priorities into locally relevant marketing plans and activations.
- Direct Local Store Marketing programs, tools, and execution standards.
- Partner with Operations and cross-functional teams to drive business results.
- Support new restaurant openings and market expansion initiatives.
- Oversee experiential marketing programs, events, and food truck activations.
- Manage field marketing budgets and optimize marketing investments.
- Analyze performance metrics to drive traffic, sales, and brand growth.
- Provide insights, recommendations, and results to senior leadership.
- Build strong relationships with Operations leaders, agencies, and community partners.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing field marketing team.
- Represent Field Marketing in strategic planning and business reviews.

What You Bring to the Table - Required ExperienceAs a Regional Field Marketing Director, you must have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience.
- Experience developing and executing multi-market marketing strategies.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring performance.
- Experience leading and developing teams.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.

Where & How You'll WorkThis role is field-based, supporting restaurants across an assigned market or region. You'll travel frequently to partner with Operations, provide on-site support, and maintain strong relationships with leaders and teams in the field. When not traveling, you'll work from your home office, balancing independent work with virtual collaboration to support ongoing business needs. Success in this role requires full-time availability, flexibility to adjust to evolving operational priorities, and the ability to travel regularly-including day trips, overnight travel, and extended market visits. While most travel will occur within your assigned market or region, some out-of-market support may be required based on business needs.
Candidates must reside within the region they support and be able to travel throughout that area as needed.
