Job Title: Regional Field Brokerage Manager

Job Location: Doral, Florida

The Regional Field Brokerage Manager is responsible for leading stakeholder engagement, operational alignment, and customer experience across customs brokerage operations within an assigned region. This role serves as the primary liaison between field stations, customs brokerage operations, sales, customer service teams, and key customers to ensure consistent execution, service excellence, and regulatory compliance.

Success in this role requires exceptional relationship management, influence without authority, and the ability to align diverse stakeholders around customer-focused solutions and operational priorities. The Regional Field Brokerage Manager acts as a trusted advisor and escalation point, driving collaboration across the DHL network to support business growth, customer retention, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Build strong partnerships with Station Managers, Brokerage teams, Sales, Customer Service, and Compliance.
  • Act as the main point of contact for regional escalations and customer concerns.

Qualification:

Pay Range: $93,142.50 - $124,190.00+ (Based on Experience)
