About the Role:CBRE is seeking a Regional Facilities Senior Manager to support a globally recognized financial technology leader that is transforming how consumers and businesses manage their financial lives through innovative, AI-driven digital solutions. Based onsite in New York City, this highly visible leadership role partners closely with senior client stakeholders and oversees a regional portfolio spanning New York, Toronto, London, and Tel Aviv. The successful candidate will drive workplace excellence, strengthen client relationships, lead high-performing teams, and ensure exceptional service delivery across a portfolio of premier office locations.
What You'll Do:- Lead facilities operations across a regional portfolio including New York, Toronto, London, and Tel Aviv office locations.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development for Facilities Managers, site leads, and regional teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, building strong partnerships and driving exceptional workplace experiences.
- Develop and execute strategic operating plans, maintenance programs, and capital improvement initiatives across the portfolio.
- Oversee regional budgets, financial reporting, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Drive consistency and operational excellence across sites while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Manage vendor and service partner performance, ensuring quality, innovation, and value delivery.
- Leverage technology, reporting tools, and workplace data to develop dashboards, analyze performance metrics, and support business decisions.
- Champion workplace experience, employee engagement, safety, and service enhancements across multiple international locations.
- Travel domestically and internationally on a periodic basis to support portfolio operations and strengthen client relationships.
What You'll Need:- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5+ years of facilities, property, workplace, or corporate real estate experience, with progressive leadership responsibilities; equivalent experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
- Proven experience leading managers and geographically dispersed teams within a complex, multi-site environment.
- Strong executive presence with exceptional relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing budgets, financial reporting, capital projects, and operational performance metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to influence strategic decisions, drive operational improvements, and lead through change.
- Familiarity with workplace technologies, data analytics, reporting tools, and AI-enabled business applications; dashboard development experience is highly valued.
- Experience with facilities and procurement platforms such as Coupa or similar systems preferred.
- Strong understanding of vendor management, service delivery, workplace experience, and facilities best practices.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on client engagement in a fast-paced corporate environment.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Regional Facilities Sr Manager position is $172,500 annually and the maximum salary for the Regional Facilities Sr Manager position is $224,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
