About the Role:CBRE is seeking a Regional Facilities Manager to lead facilities operations across a diverse portfolio spanning the Central and Western United States, Canada, and Latin America. In this highly visible leadership role, you will support one of the world's leading global investment banking, securities, and asset management organizations, delivering exceptional workplace experiences and operational excellence across multiple locations. You will partner with key stakeholders to drive facilities strategy, oversee service delivery, manage teams, and ensure safe, efficient, and compliant workplace environments.
What You'll Do:- Lead day-to-day facilities management operations across a multi-country regional portfolio.
- Manage, develop, and mentor facilities professionals, fostering a high-performance team culture.
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and conduct regular business reviews on operational performance.
- Oversee facility audits, site inspections, emergency preparedness planning, and compliance programs.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure contractual and operational requirements are met.
- Drive strategic facilities initiatives, including capital projects, operating budgets, forecasting, and variance reporting.
- Ensure facilities operate in compliance with local, regional, and national regulations while maintaining high quality standards.
- Identify operational challenges, implement solutions, and continuously improve service delivery across the portfolio
What You'll Need:- Bachelor's degree preferred with 3+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
- Experience leading facilities management operations across multiple locations or regions.
- Proven people leadership experience, including hiring, coaching, mentoring, performance management, and team development.
- Strong client relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, financial reporting, and capital planning initiatives.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment while managing complex operational priorities across multiple countries.
