Regional Executive Director (West)

Coleman Health Services seeks a dynamic, positive, and outgoing Regional Executive Director, Clinical Services (West) for our nationally recognized and rapidly growing community behavioral health system of 800+ employees headquartered in Kent, Ohio. This position will be managing Chief Officers for the following business units: Ross, Fayette, Highland, Pike and Pickaway Counties; Logan/Champaign Counties; Marion/Crawford Counties; Union County; Allen, Auglaize, Hardin Counties. The purpose of this position is to provide oversight of clinical behavioral health services to ensure compliance, financial sustainability, and opportunities for growth in accordance with ODBH, ODM, CARF, and Mental Health Board regulations for the assigned geographic region. This position will require travel to various county sites and has the ability to be based out of our Chillicothe, Lima, or Marysville office locations. This position is 100% in office unless travelling and pays $110,000.00 annually.

Minimum Qualifications of the Regional Executive Director, Clinical Services:
• Active LPCC, LPCC-S, LISW, LISW-S, LIMFT, or licensed clinical psychologist in the state of Ohio
• 10 years experience in behavioral health with at least 5 years of clinical supervisory experience
• Knowledge of applicable ODM, ODBH, CSWMFT rules
• Experience with electronic health records
• Ability to handle difficult or confrontational situations in a calm, consistent, equitable manner
• Able to work more than 40 hours a week, including evenings and weekends as needed, to participate in extended stays outside of home/estate, and to travel.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Supervisory endorsement with independent licensures
• Experience with adults and youth in a behavioral health setting
• Experience with co-occurring disorders and crisis services
• Licensure with the Ohio Chemical Dependency Professional Board
• Business management and budgeting experience

What are we looking for from you as the Regional Executive Director, Clinical Services?
• Identifies opportunities for growth within business units and the region
• Maintains collaborative working relationship with Mental Health Boards and assists Chief Officers in reaching community goals
• Work collaboratively with other Coleman departments including but not limited to Operations, IT, HR, Compliance, and Fiscal
• Participates as a member of clinical council by identifying agenda items and co-facilitating or facilitating Clinical Council in the absence of the VP of Clinical Operations.
• Monitor utilization of management reports, outcomes reports, and reports for routine monitoring and assessment of Business Units
• Works collaboratively with the grants team for the procurement, writing, development, and monitoring of grants and their associated clinical and business outcomes
• Assists with the creation of clinical care pathways and best practices
• Participates in completion of a Root Cause Analysis and corrective actions
• As assigned serves as a member of the clinical compliance committee, the Electronic Health Record team, the Clinical Services/Revenue Cycle team or other teams
