As an Regional EHSQ Fleet Manager, you will lead regional fleet operations driving safety, operational excellence, innovation and standardization across the area. Beyond the day to day, you will be the Subject Matter Expert, shaping safety standards, identifying process improvements/standardizations, and cost saving initiatives. What You'll Do • Lead implement and continuous improvement of our Fleet Maintenance Program (vehicles, construction equipment and trailers). • Own the Driver Qualification Program, overseeing licensing, titling, and registration process for all rolling stock while ensuring DOT compliance. • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Telematics and GPS programs, providing on-site and remote training to elevate team performance. • Lead, develop, and coach fleet personnel throughout the region, conducting field inspections and reviewing reports to ensure best practices. • Oversee and cultivate key relationships with vehicle manufacturers and premier repair shops. • Partner closely with operational teams to conduct regular Fleet Performance reviews and advise drivers on maintenance and safety best practices. • Perform other related tasks as requested by leadership.
