THE POSITION: STACK's Regional Environmental Manager is a key leadership role focused on safety performance, compliance, and continuous improvement within our operating data centers. The successful candidate will develop and support the implementation of EHS procedures.
They will be a technical resource for the Critical Operations team members and involved in the oversight and planning, as it relates to the environment, health, and safety, for critical maintenance and special projects. They will create goals for continually improving all aspects of data center safety to ensure we are minimizing risks and protecting people. Additionally, they will support the EHS aspects of commissioning data centers and the hand-off from construction to operations.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Working with Critical Operations to implement effective management processes to address high-risk activities including electrical safety, lockout/tagout, fall protection, and contractor management.
- Developing and implementing health and safety procedures.
- Identifying and mitigating risks associated with multi-employer worksites.
- Creating content and providing safety training on various topics covered under 29 CFR 1910.
- Assisting with the implementation of health and management systems (eg. ISO 45001).
- Leading incident investigations utilizing effective root cause analysis tool and overseeing the implementation of corrective actions.
- Conducting site assessments and assisting Critical Operations teams with identifying and implementing corrective actions.

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's degree or military experience in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Electrical Safety, Mechanical Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years' experience with health and safety in critical operations environments; ideally data center operations.
- CSP or similar safety certification.
- Data center or critical operations experience.
- Experience with electrical safety and working knowledge of NFPA 70E.
- Experience communicating with leadership and providing business justifications for occupational health solutions.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Compensation Range: $133,000.00 - $154,000.00
