Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.
• Over 10 years of EH&S experience in manufacturing, chemical, or industrial settings.
• At least 5 years of leadership managing EH&S programs or personnel.
• Expertise in evaluating government regulations and their impacts on business operations.
• Extensive knowledge of EH&S management systems ensuring compliance and improvement.
• Proficiency in managing environmental and health incidents, including chemical releases and work injuries.
• Strong negotiation skills with regulators and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement in EH&S, risk reduction, and associate engagement.
• Coach and mentor facility EH&S managers and plant management.
• Monitor and communicate progress on the EHS Roadmap and objectives.
• Develop strategies to assess and mitigate potential risks.
• Lead incident investigations and implement preventive actions using root cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety permitting and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate on regional management systems and coordinate EHS IT platforms.
