Reporting to: Vice President - Operations
Responsibilities:
• Ensure all clinics in your region are operating in accordance with the corporate objectives, policies, programsand service standards.
• Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality service in all clinics to meet or exceed patient and physicianexpectations.
• Monitor business analytics and accountability report for all clinics in the region and take appropriate actions toensure results.
• Plan and organize all clinic operations including facilities and equipment maintenance and repairs, as well asHuman Resources requirements
• Coordinate with all physicians working at the clinics in your region; assist in recruitment of additionalphysicians to work in clinics.
• Plan and organize staff changes including recruitment, promotion, transfer and discipline.
• Arrange renewal and compliance with Collective Bargaining Agreement, if applicable.
• Identify opportunities for new services to be added at the clinics.
• Assist in procurement of equipment, service contracts, and critical supplies.
• Monitor patient satisfaction and take appropriate action in case of adverse feedback.
• Improve employee engagement via ongoing and new initiatives in support of employee growth anddevelopment.
• Coach and mentor clinic managers and site leads to improve patient flow and efficiency at the clinics such thatpatient wait-times are reduced, and staff schedule is optimized.
• Submit biweekly progress report on operations, and/or present at senior management meetings with a focus onpersonnel concerns, patient wait-times, business development & new initiatives.
• Collaborate with Physician Relations to ensure positive relationships with referring physicians are maintained,and/or improved.
• Coordinate with Facilities to plan and organize new clinic locations in the region.
• Implement procedural, administrative and organizational changes as per corporate objectives.
• Support client-focused services to monitor client satisfaction, providing senior management with the ability toaddress negative issues and optimize superior patient and physician services.
• Positively influence clinic staff members, including physicians, nurses, physician's aids, and administrativestaff to ensure the clinics operate efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications, Experience & Requirements:
• 5+ years of management experience in healthcare industry
• Bachelor's degree in sciences, healthcare, or related field.
• Previous experience in diagnostic imaging or cardiology practices is an asset.
• Ability to rapidly learn and adapt to changing environments and clients.
• Self-starter that thrives in entrepreneurial environments
• Excellent written and oral presentation skills with ability to engage, inspire, and build credibility.
• Ability to operate with high degree of integrity and sincerity.
• Demonstrated leadership, reliability and flexibility.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills enabling you to develop and maintainstrong relationships with healthcare professionals (influencing, teamwork, empowerment, conflict resolutionmanagement).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills combined with excellent patient care.
• Demonstrate effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel throughout Ontario, when required.
