Regional Director, Southeast. This is not a maintenance role, it is a
build, lead, and elevate opportunity. You will have approximately 5 direct reports and will lead a multi-state operation, shape strategy, and build high-performing teams that deliver results. You will partner directly with the Vice President of the East and play a visible role in driving growth, performance, and customer experience across the region. "What You'll Do"- Lead the Southeast region across five branches: Auburndale FL, Miami FL, Arcade GA, Moss Point MS, and Manchester TN
- Own regional performance, delivering against revenue, profitability, and growth targets
- Build and lead high-performing, highly engaged teams across sales, operations, and production
- Set the tone for a results-driven, people-first culture
- Coach and develop leaders to elevate performance and succession strength
- Partner on and execute the Division's long-term strategic plan
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean principles and practical process enhancements
- Develop and manage operating plans, forecasts, and budgets
- Actively monitor performance and take decisive action to improve results
- Build strong partnerships with customers, vendors, manufacturers, and subcontractors
- Optimize rental fleet utilization through smart purchasing and sales decisions
- Perform other duties as assigned
