Full Job Description
Regional Director - New Hampshire

We are looking for an experienced Regional Director to build and lead our New Hampshire operation.

This is a unique opportunity for a proven construction executive who has built an office, grown a market, generated significant revenue, and developed high-performing teams. You will have the opportunity to shape Timberline's presence in New Hampshire while leveraging the resources, reputation, and established client relationships of a successful regional construction company.
What You'll Do

As Regional Director, you will be responsible for building a sustainable and growing New Hampshire business. You'll be expected to:
  • Drive revenue growth through existing client relationships, repeat business, referrals, and new business development.
  • Build and maintain a strong project pipeline and backlog.
  • Develop and expand relationships with owners, developers, architects, engineers, brokers, and industry partners.
  • Leverage Timberline's established relationships in life sciences, technology, commercial, institutional, and other key markets.
  • Lead business development activities, including client meetings, proposals, interviews, and presentations.
  • Recruit, build, mentor, and lead a high-performing New Hampshire team.
  • Provide executive oversight of projects to ensure strong financial performance, quality, schedule, safety, and client satisfaction.
  • Establish the strategy, structure, and culture necessary to support long-term regional growth.
  • Partner with Timberline's executive leadership to achieve regional and company-wide goals.
What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who knows how to build a business-not just manage projects.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • 15+ years of progressive commercial construction or construction management experience.
  • A proven track record of building and growing an office, business unit, or market.
  • A demonstrated history of generating revenue through client relationships and business development.
  • An established network within New Hampshire and/or Northern New England.
  • Experience building and leading construction teams.
  • Strong understanding of project financials, profitability, forecasting, and operational performance.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • The ability to think strategically while staying connected to clients, projects, and people.

Experience in life sciences, technology, healthcare, higher education, corporate, or institutional construction is highly valued.
Why Timberline?

This isn't an opportunity to simply step into an established role. It's an opportunity to build something.

You'll have the autonomy to shape our New Hampshire operation, develop the team, grow client relationships, and establish Timberline as a leading construction partner throughout Northern New England-while having the support and resources of an established organization behind you.

If you've successfully built a construction office or market before, have a strong network of relationships, and know how to turn those relationships into sustained revenue and growth, we'd like to talk.

Be Exceptional. No Exceptions.
