What You'll OwnOperational Leadership & Execution- Lead day-to-day operations across multiple home health agencies, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and high performance
- Step in to support or directly manage branch operations when needed
- Drive accountability across local leadership, ensuring execution against priorities and goals
Strategy & Growth- Develop and execute regional strategies to drive census growth, market expansion, and operational scalability
- Partner closely with clinical and sales leaders to align on growth initiatives and performance targets
Team Leadership & Development- Recruit, develop, and mentor Branch Directors and operational leaders
- Build a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement
- Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and leadership development
Quality & Compliance- Ensure all locations are survey-ready and operating in full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Lead quality assurance initiatives and proactively address performance gaps
- Partner with teams to continuously elevate patient care and outcomes
Financial Ownership- Own regional financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
- Analyze key performance metrics and implement strategies to improve profitability and efficiency
Cross-Functional Collaboration- Partner with clinical, sales, HR, and executive leadership to drive aligned outcomes
- Communicate regional performance, insights, and opportunities to senior leadership

What You Bring- Bachelor's degree required; Registered Nurse (RN) preferred
- Minimum of 3+ years of home health leadership experience, with multi-site or regional oversight strongly preferred
- Experience managing budgets, analyzing financial performance, and driving operational improvements
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to travel regularly within your assigned region
