Overview

ESE Consultants, a Toll Brothers company, seeks a Regional Director of Surveying for our operations in the Danbury, Connecticut area.

We are a full-service land surveying and engineering company with 17 offices in 16 states that conducts site improvement stakeouts, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and ALTA/ACSM surveys for residential and mixed-use developments.

What is the opportunity?

Regional Director of Survey will be responsible for managing projects and staff in one or more offices in a
geographic region

What are the primary responsibilities?
  • Staff management
  • Client relationships
  • Billing management
  • Sign/seal plot plans, as-builts, legal documents
  • Project management/quality control
  • Writing Proposals
  • Budget/ staff planning and projections

The salary for this position is $121,000-$160,600 plus an annual discretionary bonus.
