Now Hiring – Regional Director of Pharmacy NJ State Accounts– Partners Pharmacy New Jersey 50 Lawrence Road Springfield NJ 07081
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm; hours may vary depending on operational needs
The Regional Director of Pharmacy will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Demonstrates a clear understanding and commitment to the vision of Partners Pharmacy, and communicates its philosophy and mission both within the organization and when externally representing the organization
- Contributes to organizational profitability by maximizing efficiencies and pursuing all viable opportunities and operational synergies
- Acts with integrity and makes legal and ethical decisions in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Utilizes organizational resources in an effective and financially responsible manner
- Promotes effective personnel, departmental and organizational working relationships that reinforce the achievement of organizational goals, objectives and operational effectiveness
- Ensures that all pharmacy operations meet all licensing standards established by local, state and federal agencies
- Participates in all new business development
- Keeps abreast of the latest technology and innovations as they apply to pharmacy practice
- Participates in the collection and evaluation of continuous quality improvement data in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Coordinates the provision of training of pharmacy staff
- Coordinates pharmacy procedures with other departments
- Oversees day to day operations of pharmacy including data entry and delivery services in lieu of an on-site Director
- Responsible for multi-pharmacy locations
- Acts as a resource to local Director of Pharmacies to support continual business growth and development for all pharmacy operations
- Enforces disciplinary action up to and including all terminations in the pharmacy
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Professional Experience:
- Licensed Pharmacist in the state of operations (a plus, but not required)
- 5+ years of pharmacy experience
- 3+ years of supervisory experience
